Reczu does not guarantee employment, interview opportunities, or responses from employers.

Employers and Recruiters

Employers and recruiters may post job opportunities, search candidate profiles, and manage recruitment activities through the Platform.

You agree that job postings and recruitment activities will comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and labor laws.

Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of job listings, hiring decisions, communications, and recruitment processes.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

- Post unlawful, discriminatory, offensive, or harmful content

- Use the Platform for spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code

- Copy, scrape, or misuse platform data without authorization

- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights

Content and Intellectual Property
