Job Description
Role Overview:
Support manufacturing finance operations through cost accounting, inventory analysis, work order management, and month-end close activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3–5 years experience in Cost Accounting / Manufacturing
Strong ERP experience (Sage or JDE preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas)
Responsibilities:
Lead work order closure process
Perform month-end cost accounting activities
Review daily production and consumption records
Verify raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory counts
Analyze manufacturing variances and product costs
Maintain and update standard costs
Support budgeting and financial reporting activities
Ensure inventory and costing accuracy/compliance
Additional Notes:
Manufacturing environment experience required
Ability to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
