Data Deletion
Use this page for Meta App Review and customer requests about removing Taajx account, workspace, Instagram, and campaign data.
Disconnect Instagram
Sign in, open Settings, and select Disconnect. This permanently removes the connected account, its campaigns, DM logs, analytics, tracked links, and follower-history data from that workspace.
Delete Workspace Data
To delete your Taajx account and all workspace, campaign, log, webhook, billing reference, and operational diagnostic data, email support@taajx.com from the email address you sign in with. Include the workspace name and the Instagram username connected to the workspace.
If You Commented On Or Messaged A Taajx Customer
If you interacted with an Instagram account that uses Taajx and want the comments, messages, and delivery records we processed about you deleted, email support@taajx.com with your Instagram username and the account you interacted with.
Verification
We may ask you to verify control of the email address or connected business account before deleting data. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, billing, fraud prevention, or security reasons.
